O - Own The Vision

For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s eld, God’s building. - 1 Corinthians 3:9

As leaders in OUTCAST, we take ownership of the vision to share the Gospel with the world,
recognizing that we are co-workers with God in His divine mission. We steward the vision with

dedication and passion, knowing that it is the Lord who brings the increase.

U - Unapologetic Jesus Followers

Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. - Matthew 16:24

As OUTCAST, we unapologetically follow Jesus, seeking His guidance and leading others by example. We strive to be Christ-centered in our thoughts, words, and actions, representing Him authentically as we engage with others.

T - Think Missions

Go ye therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. - Matthew 28:19-20

OUTCAST prioritizes a global mindset, actively engaging in local and international missions to fulll the Great Commission. We seek innovative ways to reach the unreached, recognizing that the Gospel knows no boundaries.

C - Contribution Over Collaboration
Do nothing out of selsh ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others. - Philippians 2: 3-4
We value an attitude of contribution, serving one another and investing in the growth of others. Inspired by Jesus’ servant leadership, we prioritize selessness and humility, fostering unity and mutual support among team members.
A - Act In Love

Do everything in love. - 1 Corinthians 16:14

Love is the driving force behind our leadership in OUTCAST. We strive to let all our actions be done in love, embracing and caring for those we serve. Love opens doors, breaks down barriers, and draws others to Jesus.

S - Strive For Excellence

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. - Colossians 3:23

OUTCAST leaders pursue excellence, recognizing that we work for the Lord. We give our best effort, using our talents and abilities to their fullest potential, honoring God and advancing the mission of sharing the Gospel.

T - Teachable Spirit

Instruct the wise and they will be wiser still; teach the righteous and they will add to their learning. - Proverbs 9:9

In OUTCAST, we embrace a teachable spirit, humbly seeking wisdom and guidance from God and others. We understand that growth comes through a willingness to learn, adapt, and receive correction, allowing us to lead with humility, openness, and a continuous pursuit of knowledge.
